Located in the downtown neighborhood of University City, you're a short walk or Uber from everything the city has to offer City! Five spacious bedrooms, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, and large back patio with outdoor furniture and deck on second floor! The property is a great launchpad for all your Philly adventures, and a relaxing place to come home to between the fun. The space Designed for comfort, tranquility, and convenience! There are two fully equipped kitchens for you to cook a meal after a long day in the city, or there are tons of take-out options within a short walk! We also have a large outdoor patio with furniture and string lights to help you get some rest and relaxation with an amazing roof deck on second floor. Our property is a perfect launch pad for families, traveling couples, business partners, or vacationers alike!
