Located in the charming area of Spring Garden. Free street parking available throughout the area. This unit has plenty of space for a large group of 10 to stay comfortably. The apartment has 4 queen sized beds with comfortable memory foam mattresses as well as every amenity and essential needed for a long or short term stay. Unit is located on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator. AMENITIES: ✔️ Unit comes with high-speed internet ✔️ Essential toiletries (Towels, Bed sheets, Shampoo, Bath soap and Toilet paper) ✔️ Fully stocked Kitchen w/all necessary utensils, pots, and pans to make a full meal ✔️ 4 Plush queen-sized beds ✔️ Kitchen amenities: Regular coffee maker, Microwave, Oven, Toaster Guests will have access to the entire unit during their stay. No areas of the apartment are shared with anyone else. Dec 15, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy Major concern is that the smoke detector was removed. Overall not well kept property: shower was dirty, wires hanging out of the wall, stains on the wall, closet doors not attached, and stained bedding.
