Tons of natural light, space, and wonderful amenities to have fun and relax! A fully equipped kitchen to cook in, living room, roofdeck + patio, and free street parking is easy to find. The detailed layout goes as follows: 1st Floor: kitchen/dining/patio/full sized sleeper sofa 2nd Floor: Bedroom #1 (1x queen bed); hall full bathroom #1; bedroom #2 (1x full bed). 3rd Floor: Bedroom #3 (1xking bed); full bathroom #2 Basement layout: Bedroom #4 (1x queen bed); half bathroom Guest access Entire house. Other things to note \*\*\* Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund.
