Large room and kitchen very accomodating when you are there fr few days and do not want to go to eat. Near 76 and not far from Philadelphia down town.

Hôtel Bien mais sans plus ! personnel super !
Première chambre attribuée face à l'ascenceur et à coté de la salle de réception donc changement de chambre deux heure plus tard !!! mais personnel au petit soin (merci à George !) . petit déjeuner trop simple pour ce niveau d'hôtel, pas de chocolat pour les enfants !!! souvent produits en rupture (fruits , par exemple...) sinon joli déco, petit repas offert le jeudi soir de 17h à 19h00 trop tôt travaux face à l'hôtel ! parking à deux pas 5 euros/jour payé à l'hôtel

Friday staff was welcoming. Saturday-Monday staff could have been more pleasant. Called the front desk several times from the room and cell phone and no one answered.

Check in was easy and staff we very polite and friendly. Felt safe walking to car and if you can get street parking it’s free! We were in town for convention but stayed here just 15 mins away bc of the price. Planning on coming back next year !

I enjoyed every single experience I had at the Homewood suites. I have never had such wonderful service. It felt like home. I felt welcome and I will absolutely come back to see all of the new friends I made who work here. My room was clean and fully stocked with everything I need

Our reservation was moved to a different hotel where they charged me again even after showing proof i had paid. They said to follow up with Expedia for a refund. No suite- we booked for 3 peopleand were given one king bed! Outrageous!!!! Free breakfast provided as compensation.

The only bad thing about this property is that the pool was down I just wish that I knew about it sooner but me and my wife still had a really relaxing time

Staff was very spot on with greetings and timely execution of checking guest in and out with professional personality. The morning breakfast held a variety and the staff kept the area stocked and tidy.

The floors all over the place were dirty and stained including the room kitchen floor, I asked the front desk for someone to clean it, but they didn't send anybody to clean it even next day. Conditioner, shower gel and body lotion were out and in my two days stay never get refilled. The breakfast was not that good,

During arrivals hotel with extremely cold. I stayed overnight woke up heating system was still cold until 12pm my next day.

We were celebrating my 70th birthday and out of town children also stayed in 2 additional rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only deficiency was the maid service which was only 1 day of our 6 day stay

Enjoyable stay over the holidays
Two bedroom/two bath suite with kitchen was spacious, clean and comfortable. Small issue in the room when we arrived was quickly fixed by the efficient and friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate but coffee and food could have been hotter. Would also have liked more choices. Adequate on street free parking. Would stay there again.

Not worth the money spent $200 down the drain!!!
When we first walked in the lobby was fairly busy with incoming travelers. There was one person working the front desk, but he tried to keep his spirits and everyone else’s spirits up while we waited. The first negative thing that I noticed was after a long trip, I really wanted coffee, and there was no coffee to be found when we arrived, even though it stated on the website coffee is available 24 hours. The second thing was I requested a high floor and far from the elevator, due to noise from people coming and going. When we were assigned our room, it was on the fourth floor , and across from the elevator. The hotel had 10 floors all together, and only one working elevator to accommodate all of the guest, which seemed to be a full house. My next complaint was the shower, had five baby roaches, crawling around inside of it. Which forced us to put our luggage and shoes inside of the refrigerator and freezer so the roaches could not get to our luggage and travel back to our home. The chairs in our room looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. They had stains all on the arms and in the seat and smelled. As a Hilton Honors member, when I checked in the concierge stated they did not have a gift for me, but asked me to return a little later and they would have the traditional Hilton honor member gift bag for me. Approximately two hours later, I returned no gift bag, and their snack bar was completely bare.

Expedia states pet cost is $50 per stay. I paid $125 for a 5 day stay. Room service is available twice a week. No luggage carrier was available at checkin.
