Very well kept and modern. Finding a parking spot was very difficult. A majority of the spots in nearby streets are 2-hour parking / permit parking only. There are a few spots on the street that the house is on that are free but they are often taken up by others. Also, there was water pipe construction on the street that made it impossible to pass. The first night I spent 30 to park at the recommended parking lot. The second night I got lucky and was able to park on the street and the third night I parked 3/4 of a mile away on a street that was free. These streets are VERY crowded and narrow. Two other things to note: while the listing says there is a queen size pull-out couch in the living room, when we got there, the couch was not a pull-out couch and could only fit one person to sleep on and did not include bedding. The photos below are of that couch. Finally, the coffee maker was missing its carafe. I found a carafe that I could use but it did not fit the coffee maker completely. ##### David B. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location to enjoy all that the area has to offer.
