Poor value compared to other hotels in the area. Awkward shower. Right by highway so it's noisy. Administrative issues allowing guest to check in. The walls are very thin in combined rooms. I woke up twice to the person next door throwing up.

I booked mt trip at the last minute and was able to get a nice and clean room. The bed was so comfy. They seem to have nice amenities, I didn't take advantage of them all. There's a Starbucks on site but not fully functioning; they didn't make Frappuccinos.

OK place
Pleasant room with fridge and TV. Not much of a view but we didn't stay for the surroundings, location was good for our purposes. Didn't loke that they ran a $20 charge on my card with no explanation. Will be disputing with card company in the morning.

Staff was very friendly. And accommodated me with some extra towels and an extra blanket that I requested. I booked 2 rooms. The room I stayed in was clean AC was excellent. Very nice, comfortable and quiet. Will definitely be back.

From Bad to Awesome
I had booked with another hotel but had some issues and Hotels.com was able to get me moved into a better hotel. The area was very booked up and I felt lucky that they could find me another place to stay. A shout out to Courtyard Marriott for making accommodations for me and making the check-in process super easy!

The property is under construction so there are things stacked up in the halls in the parking lots I could smell the dust in my room from the construction We had to sign a waiver regarding being quiet etc mainly because there were kids there for hockey. Well the kids were running up and down the halls all night so that wasn’t being enforced. Overall the whole place is in need of a makeover which they obviously are in the process of doing. I would stay elsewhere until it’s finished especially for the price they are charging while this is in this condition

This was a 1 night stay for a business trip. I met 4 staff members throughout my stay and they were all very nice, but the property is very outdated and in desperate need of renovations - everything is so old..

I have stayed at this Courtyard Marriot in the past and had good experiences. This time I was very disappointed. My room was not clean: sink would not drain; used linens left in bathroom; bathroom toilet base was not clean; spots on sheets; and empty plastic bottle under radiator. I am aware that these are difficult times for all businesses as far as getting help or not having enough help. I let the front desk staff know when I checked out of these issues. Also the elevator and hallways were very cold. I expected my stay to be as good if not better as my past experiences.

Disappointing stay at this location. I always try to stick with Courtyard brands but this place is not what i usually would of expected. Maybe they purchased another brand hotel and are beginning to upgrade?? Idk. Other than the lobby it seemed dated and need of attention. We checked in and headed straight to our room only to find that someone "blasted" all over the toilet, seat, lid etc. They accommodated by giving us another room by our request and even comped our dinner. We took advantage of the comped dinner at the Bistro only to be eye rolled and laughed at by the woman behind the counter when i mentioned the comp...I wouldn't stay at this location again.
