It was a good stay and overall matched the listing (I think there is 1 fewer bed than listed in the living/flex room? There is 1 pull out sofa in that space.) It's a 2nd and 3rd floor of a renovated old rowhouse. Rooms were clean and cozy. The dining room is the largest gathering space, seating 8\. Since the unit is listed as sleeping 12 (when people share beds), 12 full sets of silverware would improve the kitchen. We cooked onsite and it seemed guests perhaps had not cooked there in some time -- the dishes needed a rinse before use and there were initially no dish towels to wash dishes. However, Rashad was very responsive and dropped off clean dish towels and an extra sponge off the next morning. Rashad also accommodated an early check in for us and provided helpful check in details. We liked the artwork. Thanks for having us! ##### Annabeth R.
