You also have a separate dining area for dinners and meals. The kitchen is fully stocked, with all the amenities you need to eat and save on your budget or wow yourself and loved ones with a great made meal. Includes Microwave, all cooking utensils, dishware, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, all provided for your comfort and convenience. We have a nice clean bathroom with a stand up shower and tub, toilet, vanity and mirror. We have also provided a comfortable sofa bed which can faces the flat screen TV and allows you to binge watch your favorite streaming shows. Reliable wifi, comfortable apartment, and a great location makes this a great choice for your stay. Located on the 1st floor of this traditional historical style Philadelphia building, this location, apartment and deal is a real opportunity. There is a coin operated community washer and dryer located on the lower level area available 24 hours a day. We happily accept pets and require a monthly pet fee, your pet must be house trained. Parking is also available in the area. You have a choice to find a spot and park sometime restrictions exist depending on the time of day but free overnight.
