Upon arrival it was extremely easy to check in and park. The property was mostly clean inside - kitchen and public areas were spotless. Upstairs on the rooftop there were 2 hotubs that were also clean and working great, however the furniture was pretty grimy and kind of unusable but no big deal. I also noticed that almost everyone one in the house had a bed that squeaked pretty bad. Like with every movement. Then there was just a few things missing and broken (missing artwork, broken toilet seats) and the bunk beds are NOT adult size so figure that in while planning. Nothing that negatively affected my stay but worth pointing out. Love Philly and would probably book again! ##### Kevin C.
