The property has endless options and accessibility to what the city offers, the parking makes it so easy to just relax and enjoy.  
No Parties. No smoking. No glitter and/or confetti (an addt'l cleaning fee of $300 is applied). Guests and visitors are limited to the number associated with the reservation. Pet fee is billed at $50 per pet per trip. Altering or tampering with outside security equipment or wi-fi will result in a $350 fee. Early check-in is $50/hour, on best efforts, and must be pre-approved at least 48 hours prior to the reservation. Late check out is $100/hour, on best efforts, and must be pre-approved at least 48 hours in advance.   
  
Checkout instructions: collect and bag all trash from the rooms. Please place trash bags in the bins located in the driveway. Clean grill after use. Sweep ashes and bag after fireplace use. Turn off a/c or leave heat at 68 degrees.

The perfect stay for a multi-generational visit to Philly! The house was exactly as described and pictured and was immaculate. Great amenities, well stocked kitchen, our grandkids enjoyed the toys and games. Location was fantastic! Short walks to Whole Foods, restaurants, Washington Square, Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Ranuca is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this property for a family stay.

the property was very nice although there are many stairs to the master bedroom, they are very slippery so if you are unsure on your feet this may not be the property for you. It has a driveway for one car but tight so large car (bigger than minivan) will not fit. Within walking distance to septa, nice little coffee shop, Whole Foods and a wine and spirit store. A short uber to downtown restaurants and shops.

#### A great vacation house

The house comfortably slept 10\. Two families of 4, mom, Dad & 2 kids each. And Grandma and grandpa. Half of our activities were within walking distance of the house (Liberty Bell, Independence Hall) and the rest a short uber ride away. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cooked breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend this location.

Visited Philly for the flower show with friends. The property is spacious, beautiful, and has great amenities. Easily walkable to Old City and all the benefits of Society Hill. Host is very responsive!

#### Philly getaway

Roar retreat is very clean and very beautiful. A lot of special treats left by the host were greatly appreciated. The location is perfect for walking to see all the historical facts and all of the various landmarks. The neighborhood is beautiful and upscale and so many excellent restaurants and bars located near this home within walking distance is a plus. We loved staying here and we would definitely come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in Philadelphia. Also, the host is very accommodating and answered all questions prior to our trip. This is a Hidden Gem. Don’t look any feather if you want a place to stay in Philly rent this home.
