And Grandma and grandpa. Half of our activities were within walking distance of the house (Liberty Bell, Independence Hall) and the rest a short uber ride away. A lot of special treats left by the host were greatly appreciated. The location is perfect for walking to see all the historical facts and all of the various landmarks. The neighborhood is beautiful and upscale and so many excellent restaurants and bars located near this home within walking distance is a plus. We loved staying here and we would definitely come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in Philadelphia. Also, the host is very accommodating and answered all questions prior to our trip. This is a Hidden Gem. It has a driveway for one car but tight so large car (bigger than minivan) will not fit. Within walking distance to septa, nice little coffee shop, Whole Foods and a wine and spirit store.
