This location is a close distance to many Philadelphia attractions. A great place to hangout before venturing Philadelphia during the day and to wind down at night after exploring. If you want to order take out or cook a meal; this apartment can provide that for you! Washer, dryer, and dishwasher included!" The space This is a 4th floor condo with 484 sq feet. It has a full bathroom with a shower and a tub combo. A bedroom with a Queen size bed, separated from the living room area. Central air/central heating, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom has a hardwood floor and plenty of closet space. The open concept kitchen and living areas are tiled. Building features an elevator. Close to Temple University and a block away from The Met Philadelphia. Being on Broad St right at Girard, public transportation just steps away. Guest access While your stay, the entire space is available for use. Other things to note This condo is located in the City of Philadelphia, shared with another 36 units, mostly STR units, in a busy street, 1.6 miles from center city. Address and location are provided and a general description of the section as well. The city is undergoing a big development and expansion, construction is going on everywhere. Expect all the hustle and bustle of an urban city, traffic and busy streets, noise 24 hours, clubs, people. Also, Philly is the City of Brotherly Love and like any major City neighborhoods are multiracial and diversify. There were areas in the apartment I questioned the cleanliness. Its in a rough area.
