"Wonderful property for a large family. We had 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and have privacy. The view of the river was beautiful and we even did some fishing off the bank. The location is very private with only one neighbor.It was very hot weather during our stay but the additional a/c units kept it sufficiently cool. The projector room was a huge hit with the teens. The shared living room space was cozy.Plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking large meals. The washer and dryer held large loads so we were able to keep up. The location is perfect access to get on major roads to get to different areas in Cedar Falls and Waterloo.Host answered any and all questions very quickly and was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we needed something in the area!"

"We made some wonderful memories at your memory maker home! Some of the things we enjoyed the most. Beautiful big porch, front and back. Fully stocked modern kitchen. Amenities for the little ones like a high chair, pack and play and baby toys. Central location for our family reunion and water park. There were 11 of us and there was Plenty of room for everyone. The host communicated well with us. Answered all questions we had in a timely manner. The home is beautifully updated but has an old world charm. We highly recommend the Memory Maker home!"
