A newly opened hotel and designed quite well. Bearing in mind that Phayao doesn't get the volume of overseas travelers as Chiangmai don't expect total perfection. I was pleased with the room for a one night stay. A nice sized bright room with very comfortable bed, nice small balcony and nice walk in shower. The surprising thing was the huge flat screen TV but unfortunately no international channels. In the room there is a small balcony but there isn't any outside seats to sit on. Breakfast was included but that was a bit strange as well. Only two choices, Thai Rice Porridge or American Breakfast. My husband wanted the Porridge but was told he couldn't have it. Finally after asking another lady we were successful.
