The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? This hotel was beautiful. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed the location, the he shuttle bus to the beach was timely and it is really a 10 minute ride to the beach. The beach has umbrellas and chairs for rent 200thb. Breakfast buffet was extensive, you will be able to find many food choices. We really appreciated the surprised “happy birthday pastry” for my husband. Great and dedicated staff. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Clean, staff were amazing and attentive. Free minibar. The hotel was very big and had a nice infinity pool and a pool by the spa as well. Housekeeping were very good as were the lobby staff.
