Disgusting, disgraceful and pure rubbish. Gross hotel, horrible location, filthy floors and carpets, misinformation on website. Don’t stay here.

8.8/10 Excellent! (162 reviews)
The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of Old Quarter. Breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety. The staff was helpful. I didn’t use the pool or exercise room. The hand soap in the bathroom smelled awful so I used the supplied body wash when needed. The shower had limescale from hard water and dark stains in the corners which could be mold. I’ve stayed at other properties in the same price range and have not encountered either of these issues. The air conditioning worked well.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (52 reviews)
Amazing location, everyday towel and room service. Staff really nice especially Tina. I would recommend though that the house keeping keep their voice low when cleaning early mornings, they tend to chat loud and if your room also close by lift, more noise. Besides that, I had an amazing stay. Thank you

"A great place to stay, especially if you are not well versed in the Vietnamese language. The staff - even down to the house cleaners and maintenance people - greet you and are friendly. This is a great hotel to stay at, and I am returning for two nights a week later."
