Dirty BBQ's will be charged at £25.00 to clean. There is also a travel cot but you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot. Bedroom 2 which is located on the ground floor with an en suit bathroom has a small double bed and no window. There are two external camera's located one at the front and one at the rear of the property pointing towards the access points for security. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests. While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time. Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone.
