« Darnel did an excellent job with communication and answered every question quickly by text or call. Truly above and beyond. Our stay was adventurous and relaxing. A very nice getaway from KC. Our trucks were able to reach the property easy and I would recommend a truck or SUV. The locals in the area were kind and quiet. « Stayed three nights in this unique cabin surrounded by cornfields and overlooking a beautiful lake with a dock. Coffee in the mornings on the dock listening to the bullfrogs and watching rabbits frolic. Plenty of room in the cabin for a family and each level is very private. The cabin was clean, well-equipped, and better than expected. Debbie and Dennis are great hosts and responded to everything quickly. Also rented the event barn for an anniversary party. « Stay was great. We were just there to visit friends. They came by and we enjoyed the screened in porch. Only thing that was difficult was parking with a boat trailer. The book left at the house said it could be parked down by the boat ramp but we weren’t comfortable with that. »

« The little white cabin was very lovely! It's small, but spacious enough for 6 adults to move around comfortably. There was a grill, coffee pot, and all the utensils to cook eat and drink. Beds weren't perfect but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. It was very quiet out there and relaxing! Property managers were easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner! Very friendly and highly recommended! »

« We had family camping at the state park for the long weekend and wanted to stay close by. The cabin was perfect. We had time to visit easily and also an air conditioned place to sleep in. It also is dog friendly so we were able to bring the dogs. Getting a dog sitter on a long weekend is difficult. »

« This cabin has enough room for the whole family, a great room to socialize and even a washer and dryer. It's very clean and super cute. The owner has a really cool store and we had a lot of fun shopping for games and snacks and looking at all the interesting stuff they had there! We had family rent a cabin near us, there are plenty of cabins for a family reunion or friends get together and a middle space for cooking s'mores or sitting around the fire.
