With its convenient location, you can easily access a supermarket within 3 km, and a restaurant, bar, and sandy beach are just 500 m and 2.5 km away, respectively, making it an ideal holiday rental. Outdoors The property boasts a spacious outdoor area of 10'000 m2, surrounded by trees and a pond, providing a serene and natural setting for your vacation. You can enjoy al fresco dining on the 15 m2 terrace or savor the flavors of grilled delicacies from the barbecue area. Additionally, the sandy beach is just 2.5 km away, offering opportunities for relaxation and water activities. The house is situated along a 400 m long narrow motor access road, and there are 10 steps leading to the property. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC on the same level. Amenities Included The vacation rental comes with several amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a washing machine, a barbecue, a dishwasher, a private patio, and heating available from October 15th to April 15th. The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Other Information The upper floor features an open room with 1 set of bunk beds, accommodating 2 guests. The 2nd upper floor has a double bedroom with sloping ceilings, without a wardrobe, and a separate WC. The property offers electric and gas heating (gas heating is an additional cost).
