### Finca Son Puca - fenced in pool

Welcome to the bright and modern Finca Son Puca, located on a picturesque hillside approximately 2 km from the charming village of Petra. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the village and its surroundings. The property extends over a generous 23,000m2, offering an oasis of peace and privacy. The entire house, the property and of course the refreshing swimming pool are at your disposal exclusively.  
 The house itself offers a generous living space of 225 m2 in total and has 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.One of the twin bedrooms and a bathroom is located on the ground floor, whilst upstairs there are three further comfortable bedrooms and a further bathroom. The spacious swimming pool area extends in front of the house. The pool itself measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth of 80 to 180 cm. It has an inviting Roman staircase and is atmospherically lit at night. It is especially important for families with young children to know that the entire pool area is fully fenced and has a secure gate.  
In addition to the refreshing swimming pool, you will also find a volleyball court and a small soccer field on the property, giving you the opportunity to exercise and have fun outdoors. For pleasant evenings, you find a shaded barbecue area with a fixed grill and an additional dining area. Directly in front of the house, a covered terrace invites you to start the day relaxed or end it atmospherically.  
 Inside the house you will find friendly and modern furnishings.The kitchen is fully equipped with a spacious 5-burner hob, spacious fridge and dishwasher, so you can easily prepare your meals. The rooms are all equipped with new beds and 200 x 90 cm mattresses to guarantee you a restful sleep. The two spacious bathrooms feature stylish vanities and spacious walk-in showers. Particularly attractive are the two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with access to the roof terrace. From here you can enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding area as soon as you wake up.  
Of course, the house has German satellite TV and free WiFi so you can stay well connected during your vacation. We also provide all types of towels for your comfort, whether for the kitchen, bathrooms or pool and beach. If you are traveling with small children, we will be happy to provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request.  
 Finca Son Puca offers you the perfect combination of comfort, peace and a unique location. You have the opportunity to enjoy your well-deserved vacation in this beautiful setting and enjoy the privacy of your own property.  
We offer something very special to guests who vacation with us in the fall. The olive harvest takes place at Finca Son Puca on certain days in October. You are warmly invited to witness the harvest or even lend a hand and experience the olive oil production process up close. To top it all off, you can enjoy a typical Mallorcan meal with the attendants, which is undoubtedly an authentic and unforgettable holiday experience.  
 In addition to all these amenities, we would like to give you some information about the charming village of Petra and its surroundings.Petra is a picturesque and traditional Majorcan village known for its historic architecture and lively center. Here you can stroll the narrow, cobbled streets, visit local markets and taste delicious Mallorcan cuisine in cozy restaurants. The people of Petra are warm and hospitable and you will quickly fall in love with the authentic island life.  
 The area around Petra offers many opportunities for outdoor activities. You can go hiking and cycling to explore the beautiful landscape, characterized by rolling hills and breathtaking views.If you are interested in culture, be sure to visit the historic Bonany Sanctuary, located on a nearby hill and offering stunning views of the surrounding area.  
 We hope this information will increase your anticipation of your stay at Finca Son Puca and give you a small glimpse of the beauty and diversity of the surrounding area. We are sure that you will feel comfortable in this Mallorca paradise and will be able to create unforgettable vacation memories.  
 The deposit of 200 euros must be given to the owner in cash on arrival. If the house is returned without defects, the deposit will be returned by the owner after your stay.  
The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.  
 The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organize noisy parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

#### Eine erholsame Woche in einem ruhigen, schönen, sehr funktionalem Haus.

Eine Woche , 4 Erwachsene und deren Kinder 10-14 Jahre. Ein ruhig gelegenes Anwesen in schöner Umgebung. Toller Pool, toller Grillplatz, tolles Haus. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr nette, verbindliche und zuverlässige Vermieter. Eine super einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter macht alles nochmal leichter. Danke Maria für die schöne Woche.

#### Tolle Finca mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Es ist eine wirklich tolle und gut ausgestattete Finca im Herzen von Mallorca. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war gut, die Vermieterin ist super zuvorkommend und wenn was gefehlt hat, hat sie sich direkt darum gekümmert. Die freilaufenden Hühner, der Hahn (der sich morgens manchmal bemerkbar macht) und die Ziegen waren ein besonderes Highlight der Finca. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ich innerhalb von 10-15 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Finca und wir können es kaum erwarten wieder dort Urlaub machen zu können!

#### Beautiful Villa, pool and grounds but no Air Conditioning

Villa, pool and grounds were amazing, just one thing that let it down, no air Conditioning and just 3 older style Fans to use at night in the heat, one in each bedroom, was not ideal. We had to meet at Petra train station as per request of the owner and was left in the hot seering sun for along time with 2 small Children and then a lady from the agency came out and took us to the villa. The week did get better and although the lack of air conditioning was a problem, we did enjoy our time in the day spent round the pool and bbq area. The kids loved having the chickens and the Goats close by. The owner Maria even laid on a birthday surprise for our 3 year old granddaughter with a cake, balloons and a present. Lovely thing to do.

#### Eine tolle Finca in traumhafter ruhiger Lage

Wir waren zu 7\. (3 Erw., 4Kinder) in der Finca Son Puca. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war super, all unsere Fragen wurden schnell und lösungsorientiert beantwortet. Das Haus ist ein Traum, es liegt etwas abgelegen, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, und bietet sehr viel Platz. Es gibt sehr viele schöne Details innen wie auch außen. Der Außenbereich mit Pool, Fußballplatz und Tieren (Ziegen, Hühnern, ein Esel) und die Tischtennisplatte waren der Hit für die Kinder. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, selbst bei 7 Personen ging nichts aus. Die Innenräume sind großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein, Wasser und viele Kekse für die Kinder. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin, dass sie uns so einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht hat.

Muy contentos con la casa, un paraíso natural para disfrutar en familia y la tranquilidad.Tiene animales y mis hijos han disfrutado cada mañana de ir a darles de comer. #### Great spot

Our family love the finca. We have a 7yo and 4yo. It was perfect for them and for us. The location does require a bit of driving to get to some of our favorite spots on the island but we enjoyed the peacefulness and ease of the finca. The kids loved the goats and it is so nice to sit out and enjoy rural Mallorca. Lovely owners and lovely spot. Recommend.

#### The Perfect family holiday

We spent the perfect family fortnight here at Son Puca. The Finca is set a couple of Kms outside the quiet town of Petra where we enjoyed many enjoyable coffees watching the world go by and had several pleasant evening meals in the town’s few restaurants .... Es Cellar was our favourite. We were welcomed by the owner, Maria, who had prepared a wonderful welcome basket of goodies for our arrival. The house is well equipped and we especially appreciated the fence surrounding the pool which kept our 2 year old grandson safe. Thank you Maria, we hope to see you again someday.

#### Tolle Finca von sehr netter Familie

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Finca. Direkt nebenan gibt es ein paar Ziegen, Hühner und einen sehr lieben Esel. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt. Die Familie die das Haus vermietet ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Hügel und man hat einen tollen Ausblick von der Terasse aus. Sehr empfehlenswert!

#### Ein absoluter Traumurlaub

Sehr schöne Finca, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Äußerst freundliche Vermieter, von denen wir herzlichst empfangen wurden. Wir waren zu acht in der Finca, wir (Oma u. Opa), unser Sohn und Schwiegertochter und unsere 4 Enkel haben zwei herrliche Wochen bei super Wetter dort verbracht. Besonders die 4 Ziegen, der Esel und die Hühner haben es den Kindern angetan. Völlig problemlos und sehr freundlich war auch der Kontakt mit Immobilien Sineu. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

#### Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, jederzeit wieder!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf der Finca und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Wir können uns allen bereits hinterlegten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Haus - toll eingerichtet und alles in Mengen vorhanden Pool - war sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt Vermieter - sehr sehr nett und wir haben einen riesengroßen Vesperkorb erhalten Übergabe - problemlos. Leider war die Woche viel zu schnell vorbei! Vielen Dank für alles!

#### ...wie nach Hause kommen...

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und haben auch den zweiten Aufenthalt in der Finca Son Puca sehr genossen. So wie wir sie im letzten Jahr verlassen haben fanden wir die Finca vor... gepflegt und sauber.. Auf den tollen Matratzen haben wir hervorragend geschlafen. Und wieder stand ein Korb mit vielen Leckereien in der Küche. Der Pool und die Anlage sind aufwendig und liebevoll gestaltet und wirklich sehr gepflegt. Wer sich hier nicht wohl fühlt und Grund zur Beschwerde findet, dem ist nicht zu helfen! Danke an Immobilien Sineu und Grüße an Magdalena und Ihre liebe Familie... wir fühlen uns bei Euch wie zuhaus und kommen gerne wieder!

#### Traumurlaub im Landesinneren

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der der Finca und waren wieder begeistert! Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge. Pool top für die Kinder! Feigen, Mandeln und Zitronen frisch von den Bäumen lecker.

#### Idyllic, rural retreat

We had a super week here. Miles from anywhere so the kids could be as loud as they wanted, with stunning views of olive groves for the adults. Big, clean pool for everyone to cool off in. The house is brand new, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were so welcoming and left us an enormous basket of goodies. The driveway is lined with all sort of fruit trees which you can help yourselves to (figs, lemons, limes, olives, peaches, apricots, almonds). The extremely friendly resident goats were a huge hit with the children. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave and found the house a bit hot at night as there is no a/c or fans. We would definitely recommend this home and would happily return in the future.

#### Schöne Finca, aber leider zu wenig Sonnenschutz am Pool

Schöne Finca, aber auch auf Nachfrage bekamen wir keine Sonnenschirme für den Pool. Für kleine Kinder also nicht praktisch. Warmes Wasser ist auch Mangelware. Die Essgelegenheit draußen könnte gemütlicher gemacht werden. Ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden.

#### Wunderschöner Osterurlaub

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie (7 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder, 3 Generationen) eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Finca Son Puca verbracht. Unsere Erwartungen (durch die schönen Bilder und ausführliche Beschreibung gesteigert), wurden nicht nur erfüllt, sondern weit übertroffen - nicht zuletzt auch durch fantastisches, sommerliches Osterwetter. Mit einem Obstkorb und Knabbereien wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Das ganze Haus ist geschmackvoll, jedoch nicht überladen eingerichtet. Alle Matratzen und Wohn-, Schlaf- und Badtextilien duftend sauber und einladend. Alle Räume sind ausreichend groß mit geräumigen Schränken (lediglich Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Schränken fehlten hier und da). Für die Kinder wurden Hochstühle und Kinderbetten bereitgestellt. Die Küche ist für die Anzahl der Gäste (zum Kochen) ausreichend groß und mit so gut wie allem, was benötigt wird, ausgestattet. (Uns fehlte lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine bzw. ein Wasserkocher, um das (kalte) Trinkwasser etwas schneller (als mit dem Gasherd) erhitzen zu können.) Das Grundstück ist eine Wucht! Zum Haus fährt man durch Zitronen-, Apfelsinen-, Mandarinen- und Olivenbäume. Am Haus angekommen hat man einen tollen Blick auf Petra, Ariany und die Umgebung. Den Obst- und Gemüseabfall kann man zur Begeisterung der Kinder wahlweise den Ziegen oder einem Esel bringen. Wir haben dort 11 sehr, sehr schöne Tage verbracht - und wissen jetzt schon, dass wir dies gerne einmal wiederholen möchten.

The property is beautiful, the view stunning, and the house clean and comfortable. The photos and description, while completely accurate, pale in comparison to seeing it in person. Several adults and a 4-year-old all thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It was a little chilly in late October, but the hardiest among us took advantage of the impeccably maintained pool. All of us were enamored of the goats that live in a fenced-off area adjoining the property; feeding them carob from numerous trees on the property was a highlight. We all appreciated the quiet, rural location, although it's a bit of a drive from Palma. The owner was very friendly, and we had contact info for a number of people in case we had any issues, concerns or questions (we didn't, but it was nice to know there were people on hand to respond to our needs). I would definitely return for another stay here, and heartily recommend it, particularly for families or anyone who wants a calm and relaxing base of operations during their holiday.

#### Traumurlaub

Wie im Bilderbuch und genau wie auf den Fotos! Das Haus liegt in einem tollen, uneinsehbaren Grundstück mit gepflegtem Garten und eigenem Pool. Alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt findet man in dieser Finca. Sehr schöne große und saubere Räume, einen großzügigen Garten mit kleinem Spielplatz. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Volleyballfeld und gegenüber vom Pool ein sehr schöner Grillplatz. Die Hauseigentümer waren sehr freundlich und sowohl die Übernahme als auch die Übergabe haben super geklappt. Wer einmal dieses Erlebnis "Fincaurlaub" gemacht hat, wird fast nie wieder Urlaub in einem Hotel mit 20qm Wohnfläche und überfüllten Pool in Erwägung ziehen. Wenn man Erholung an einem ruhigen Platz sucht ist man hier an der richtigen Adresse. Wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein. Vielen Dank an die Eheleute Maria und Juan.
