Recently updated colonial! Beautiful open floorplan that leads to outdoor deck with gas grill and bistro table overlooking a fenced in back yard with a playset, picnic table and firepit! Just 2 blocks from city center. Right in the heart of Charlevoix! Three bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs, with an additional bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. House was bought in 2019 and during 2020 the entire house has been renovated! All bedrooms have a ROKU Smart TV. It was so clean and updated and the owner was very responsive to all of our needs. We have visited Northern Michigan many times before but never to Charlevoix! It did not disappoint and we all had a great time. We toured the Castle, the Mushroom homes, went canoeing and visited a Lavender Farm.
