Perfect year-round vacation spot! Our cottage is located in the charming village of Walloon Lake. It provides plenty of sleeping space with four bedrooms to sleep 13 guests and 3 full baths. We tried to keep as much original character as we could while giving the space a fresh remodel in the spring of 2021\. A short two-minute walk gets you downtown to shopping, local restaurants and the public beach and park. My adult daughter and granddaughter was able to come along with my mom and our other kiddos so the extra bathrooms was so nice and the flow of the home. It was easy walking distance to town. It was the perfect location for our extended family of all ages. The house was clean, cozy, and everybody felt like they had enough space. The toys were a perfect touch for my nephew. My kids loved that it was only a few steps away from downtown, where they could enjoy an ice cream cone and a trip to the general store the evenings. Quick walk to ice cream, general store, playground and the lake. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking dinner. We had everything we needed for our stay and the space we needed for two families and Grandma to enjoy time together for the Fourth of July week . The property managers were communicative and helpful, everything was well stocked, and the house was exactly as described, if not better than expected.
