It was incredibly clean which we so appreciate with children!!! It is the perfect home for several families/friends. Five bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom that provided each family their own privacy. The living and dining rooms were spacious with a dining table that was large enough for ten individuals. The kitchen had so many amenities. The hosts were fabulous and provided a guide that was detailed with great information about the cottage and surrounding area. There were many spaces where we could spread out or all be together. The property managers were very attentive, both before and during our stay. They provided a few items that we asked about before we arrived, and the house was stocked with plenty of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. The location was close to lots of nature preserves, wineries, breweries, and if it had been warmer, water sports. Also, it was only 30 minutes to the Mackinac Island ferry. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay and would come back again. The bedroom/bathroom setup is ideal for a large group. Lots of privacy and personal space inside the house and a great yard and deck to spread out. Very comfortable. The walking trail being only one block away was very very nice. I would recommend going to the fish hatchery. I would say Lakeview not Lakefront since you have to cross a major road so be careful if you try to cross right across from the house because the road is busy and at 45 mph but it’s a nice little park.
