Out the backdoor of the condo, you can ski to the new 8-man chairlift. Out the front door and just across the street, you can access the top of the Boyneland run which takes you to the base of the Mountain. This wonderful property just underwent a complete remodel. The uppermost level is now a walled-in loft creating a fourth bedroom. This space has two queen beds and a full, ensuite bathroom. The middle level of the condo has a master suite with a king bed and a full, ensuite bathroom. On this level, there is also a room with two queen beds and a full bathroom just outside the door of this room. The lower level of the condo is perfectly laid out with a full ski room for all your gear, a kitchenette, large living area with big, wall-mounted flat screen tv and a sleeper sofa. Bedroom with a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk with a pull-out trundle bed. Full bathroom with a full-size washer/dryer. Nice outdoor patio for those sunny days. There is also a deck with a patio set and gas grill. A premiere Disciples Ridge property! Part of our group had to cancel at the very last minute due to Covid so there ended up being only 5 of us to spread out in the spacious condo. Our 16 years old boys loved the basement area and having some privacy from their parents. We had a great time all playing cards together in the living room each night with the gas fireplace keeping us toasty warm. The ski in and out location was ideal for our group of inexperienced skiers. The hosts were super responsive and accessible during our stay. My husband and I stayed in the King suite and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept great! One note: the basement gets super cold in the winter. The 3 space heaters had been locked up by cleaning staff and were not out when we first arrived. Nancy made a special trip over to pull them out for us. We decided we really want to make this trip an annual event and would definitely stay here again...thank you so much Nancy and Matt!! ##### Sheryl F. Boyne Mountain is a fantastic resort area to visit and this rental allowed us to be close to the amenities available. With regards to the condo itself, we had a couple small arrival issues such has a few light bulbs out/missing, limited cooking materials to accommodate a large group, but we were extremely disappointed with the advertised "ski-in/out" location. While the nearest slope is close enough, the condo is not located directly on a run and you are required to make a short walk through some brush for daytime skiing, and a longer walk for night skiing. We had a handful of guests who do not ski and they were looking forward to the hillside view and opportunity to watch skiers. Finally, a couple adults in our group suffered a great deal with their sinuses and by the end of the trip each of them believed there may have been a cat staying in this unit. I would recommend verifying with Timber North Vacation Management. Our contact was Nancy who was very kind and tolerable to our requests, concerns, as well as a misunderstanding regarding a 10:00am check-out time (which was not outlined in the departure instructions). ##### Amanda P.
