### VILLA MOANA - Elegance at Grande Anse...

Guided tour of this superb 123m² single-storey villa, ideal for 6 people:  
  
As soon as you enter the house, you will be captivated by the sea view, like a life-size painting! A corridor leads to a spacious independent WC on the right, then a master suite equipped with a 160x200cm bed, a cupboard, and a spacious bathroom. Direct access to an open-air patio brings beautiful sunshine to this large room.  
  
On the left, a second bedroom called Salazie can accommodate a couple in a double bed but it is also possible to separate the beds into two single beds of 90x200cm.  
Then, you will have a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room, a second toilet and then an independent bathroom with large shower and double sink.  
A third large bedroom called Grande Anse, in reference to the superb beach below the villa, has a 160x200cm bed and gives access to the garden and the swimming pool.  
  
Finally, the bright living space leads to a large living room with comfortable sofa and XXL television and a fully equipped kitchen with central island and plenty of storage space.  
The veranda accommodates a large dining table and an intermediate lounge ideal for relaxing while enjoying the shade and the sea view.  
  
From the terrace, the blue stretches as far as the eye can see! From the infinity pool to the ocean, an impression of infinity invites serenity and escape.  
The swimming pool measures 3m x 5m and is secured by an alarm. In order to enjoy it all year round, it is also heated during the southern winter, from May to October.  
From the deckchairs installed in the garden and the outdoor sofa on the travertine terrace, you can enjoy sumptuous sunsets, to the sound of the waves and under the ballet of the tailing straws. For grill lovers, a combined barbecue and gas plancha is at your disposal to delight your taste buds.

Villa Moana is located on the Domaine du Grand Bleu, a brand new luxury tourist residence located in Grande Anse, in the south of Reunion Island. Nestled in the heart of an exceptional natural environment, this estate stands out for its elegant and modern accommodation, which combines comfort and refinement while offering breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and the surrounding green landscapes. From the estate, a small path provides access in 10 minutes on foot to this emblematic beach, lined with coconut trees and casuarina trees, which seduces with its golden sand and crystal clear waters, ideal for relaxing while admiring the majestic volcanic cliffs. surrounding areas.  
The proximity of Grande Anse beach, renowned for its natural beauty and picnic spots, allows residents to fully enjoy the sea, but also the delicious beach restaurants, while being just a few steps from their accommodation. Another advantage is that the very famous Le Palm\*\*\*\*\* hotel is located just 100 meters from the Domaine. You can enjoy the hotel's spa, a true sanctuary of well-being, and its restaurant, known for its exceptional cuisine which revisits traditional Reunionese dishes with a contemporary touch.  
The nearby hiking trails offer breathtaking panoramas, especially from the Cap Méchant viewpoint, where the Indian Ocean crashes against the black rocks.
