### Les 3 Hirondelles - Maison avec grand jardin

In the commune of Bracquemont, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 100 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
Ground floor:   
\- A 30 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bathroom with bath  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2 (accessible via bedroom 3) : double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3: two single beds  
\- Shower room  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden, private and not enclosed  
\- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Bracquemont, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.   
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest railway station: Dieppe 10 km away (about 15 minutes by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Paris-Beauvais, 98 km (about 1 hour 35 minutes by car).  
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

\- Two of the bedrooms (2 and 3) are en suite, offering direct access from one to the other.  
\- Bed linen and towels included.
