I would not Consider this property as “having all the amenities of home”’as there is no WiFi, couch or tv” but it’s the perfect place for. “Camping” style trip as the mattresses are very thin. There are No places deliver food to this location so make sure to bring everything you need as the closest store is about 25 minutes away. Also a little further of a drive to PSU as we realized. We will definitely be checking it out in the summer as it is a beautiful location and property with the pond. Sled riding would have been awesome in the winter. This location is exactly that- right by the lake, with a place to have a fire and relax. We were only able to stay 1 night but for big groups who are cool with a camp-like stay, it’s a great deal. FYI depending on your carrier the cellphone reception is minimal, which personally I think makes it even more like a no-cellphone camp atmosphere that I appreciate, but our teens of course struggled with that!
