Our 1927 Bungalow has everything you need and is a 7 minute walk (through a beautiful neighborhood) from Historic Downtown Petaluma. Our town is centrally located - about a 30 minute drive to Sonoma, Point Reyes, Sebastopol and about a 45 minute drive to Napa and local beaches. Our backyard is a perfect place for enjoying the outdoors in summer or a sunny winter day. We have an outdoor shower and hot tub in our completely private, enclosed backyard. For guests staying 30 days or longer, no taxes will be required.
