There are also several common areas and a dining room where breakfast is served. Breakfast is a bit ho-hum with tinned fruit, flavoured yogurt, cereal (no muesli), bread, white rolls, Portuguese style croissants, cake, ham and cheese. There are also coffee and juice machines. The hotel is located less than a minute’s walk from both the bus and train stations. A bargain is the €0.90 trip to Lamego on Route 103, the scenery (along with Lamego) are worth the trip. Also worthwhile is the train trip up the Douro. The room would have been perfect if it had a small fridge and kettle or if these plus a microwave were available in one of the common areas. Petit-déj agréable et varié. L'internet ne fonctionnait pas bien dans la chambre, mais la personne à la réception nous a donné accès à un autre réseau, privé, qui marchait très bien. Visto da fuori l'edificio non fa una buona impressione ma all'interno l'hotel è pulito e ben mantenuto. Arredamento basico. Impossible d’avoir quelqu’un et aucune réponse au telephone ##### David Stayed 1 night in Jul 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### Verified traveller Jun 15, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities #### スタッフの技量は最低 チェックイン時の評価でも述べた通り、入室後３０分もしないうちに、使用した浴室洗面台排水管から漏水があることがわかった。多量に噴出しているわけではないけれど、使用の都度に確実に一定量の排水が床に流れ出てくるため、すぐに床が水溜りになった。床に排水口はなく、余っているベットの寝具を動員して床拭きと洗面台支柱周りの水止めとした。翌朝ルームメイクにスペイン語のメモで、修繕か、すぐにできない場合は現状維持を指示した。 夜部屋に戻ったら水止めは撤収されていたので、修繕されたと思ったけれど、すぐに治っていないことがわかり、ルームメイクやメンテナンスの担当者の技量の低さとやる気のないことがわかった。 もうホテルスタッフに何を言っても無駄なので、あと一晩の一時凌ぎで予備枕とベッドクション計４個を動員して水止めとし、翌朝は何も言わずにチェックアウトした。 ホテルからは、滞在中はもちろん、その後も一切経過説明や謝罪はなく、改めてスタッフのレベルの低さは明らかになった。 ” Peso da Régua”は有名なワインツーリズムのベースなので観光客も多く、たくさんホテルがあるので他を選んだ方が良い。 ちなみに無料の朝食は無料にしてももう少し工夫しても良いかと思うほどのものだった。 もし、漏水とその最悪の対応が偶然なかったらまた違う評価になったと思う。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in Jun 2023 ### 6/10 Okay #### André Jun 11, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Bon hotel,bien situé,mais probleme de bruit ,car entre deux rues ##### André Stayed 1 night in Jun 2022 ### 6/10 Okay #### Raul Sep 27, 2021 Liked: Staff & service #### Perfecta ubicación pero cosas que mejorar.
