You will be staying in Podere Cima a Zano /Apt. Tinaia, a rustic and simple 4-room apartment spread over two levels with a total area of 75 square meters. The apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated to provide maximum comfort and convenience during your vacation.  
  
The first level features a room with two beds and an exit to the garden, along with a bathroom equipped with a toilet. The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, comprises a living room with satellite TV, a double bedroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is complete with an oven, four gas rings, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table for your meals.  
  
Additionally, the upper floor boasts another bathroom with a toilet and an open room with two beds. The apartment is heated with gas, ensuring a comfortable stay, and you can enjoy the panoramic view from the private patio.  
  
Amenities Included  
Your vacation home is equipped with a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, barbecue facilities, and a private patio for outdoor relaxation. The apartment allows pets, so you can bring your furry companions along. Satellite TV and televisions are available for entertainment.  
  
The apartment provides heating to ensure a cozy ambiance during cooler months. The maximum capacity of the accommodation is six guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms available.
