Agriturismo "La Cupola" is a vacation rental located in Pescia, Italy, offering a comfortable and spacious stay for guests. The property spans over 40,000 m2 and boasts a terraced garden, a large swimming pool measuring 19 x 8 m, a children's pool, a pergola, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Additionally, it provides Internet Wifi, a washing machine, and parking on the premises. The rental also features an EV Charging Station and offers an Installment Plan for your convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
The vacation rental is surrounded by trees and vineyards, offering a peaceful and tranquil setting in the countryside. The property has a terraced garden with plants and a meadow, which is not fenced. Guests can enjoy the large swimming pool, measuring 19 x 8 m, with a depth of 120 - 160 cm, available seasonally from May 1st to October 10th. The rental also features a children's pool, a pergola, garden furniture, and a barbecue for outdoor enjoyment.

The residence comprises three houses and four apartments, providing ample space for guests. The rental has electric gates, ensuring the safety and privacy of visitors. The heating is available only from November 1st to April 7th and needs to be paid on the spot. Additionally, the property has a 600 m long steep motor access via an unmade road.

The vacation rental is conveniently located 5.5 km away from the center of Pescia, 20 km from the center of Lucca, and 45 km from the center of Pisa, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. Supermarkets are within a 5.5 km distance, while sandy beaches, such as "Viareggio," are situated 57 km away. A golf course is also nearby, located 14 km from the rental.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in La Cupola: Geranio, a beautiful and rustic 3-room apartment spanning across 70 square meters and spread over two levels. The apartment features exquisite furnishings that add to its charm and comfort.  
  
On the main level, you will find the living room equipped with satellite TV for your entertainment needs. The kitchen is well-equipped with a mini-oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, creating a homely ambiance. This level also includes a shower and a toilet.  
  
Upstairs, there are two rooms. The first room has a sofa bed and a French bed (160 cm), while the second room has two beds. The apartment is equipped with gas heating to ensure you stay warm and cozy throughout your vacation stay.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your stay at La Cupola: Geranio, you will have access to various amenities. The apartment features a partly roofed terrace with terrace furniture and a box-room, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the valley. For families traveling with young children, a children's high chair and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds are provided.
