This elegant residence is situated in a quiet and secure complex, opposite the unique Salt Lake, which attract the flamingo migration every year, in the Pervolia area of Larnaca. The property is conveniently located 1 minute from the coastline, and 3 km from Faros Beach (about 5 minutes drive).

Guests can conveniently enjoy hot summer days and sundowner cocktails in one of the many beach bars of the area. Additionally, being around 15 minutes from the Larnaca International airport, Villa Poseidon Gardens is perfect for groups looking for a convenient location to relax and unwind.

The ground floor features a cosy open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area, with patio doors and windows which offer plenty of sunlight and direct access the patio and garden area. Additionally, it includes a double bedroom and nearby bathroom. Guests can enjoy the beautiful fireplace feature during the cold winter months, and the inviting swimming pool during the sunny summer days.

The remaining two bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, including the master bedroom with a private and spacious balcony and an en-suite bathroom, as well as the twin room with an additional bathroom, ensuring that all guests have their maximum privacy and comfort.
