Wonderful welcome and service at economy price right at the city centre in a converted ancient church, where old fresco fragments can still be seen amongst the spotless modern conversion. This is a labour of love for the family owners, who have civil engineering expertise. Nothing is too much trouble for the generous staff, despite running on a shoestring. Want to return.

Check-in was very easy and the man was lovely! As was the lady that checked me out! The hostel was good for its price, with the option of a very good breakfast deal. The location is amazing, just a quick walk to the main square. The town is absolutely beautiful! The room itself was pretty good. I was on the top bunk of a triple bunk bed which would have been fine if I had curtains, but there isn’t on the top ones. I’m sure there’s a reason for this but I felt quite exposed and with little privacy. But overall a very decent stay!

Great Place

The place is centrally located, a few meters from the famous Etruscan Arch and within the historic district - the best place in town. The Staff was very accommodating and friendly... I will certainly stay there next time in town.

Although this hostel is a quite cheap place to stay at I absolutely recommend you to think twice before booking. In the shared room THERE ISN'T AC. During summer it's impossible to sleep. If I knew about it before I would stay at a different place for sure. I cannot explain lack of such fundamental deivce in Italy as AC, especially in this region. Bathroom has only access to cold water. Actually it's literally freezing temperature so good luck taking a shower, eventhough outside is 35-40 degrees. Besides that, owner is quite communicatable - only whatsapp, as he doesn't answer phone calls.

Terrible service, no reliable Wi-Fi

This is a place that only has someone on the premises for a few hours in the day, so lack of service is baked in. There's no internet in the room for more than a few seconds. In order to book my travel out of there, I had to go outside the hotel to get internet. The shower situation is ridiculous. It's on a raised flat surface, with no lip around the shower area and no concavity in the floor, so no matter how careful you are when you take a shower, the bathroom floor is all wet when you're through. On the first day, I used the towels they gave me to dry the floor, and I put the dirty towels in the laundry basket, and I put the basket on the sink, so the cleaning staff could plainly see them. On my way out, I asked the cleaning lady to leave me two shampoos when she cleaned my room. When I came back, I found the two shampoos, but hadn't cleaned the room at all. She didn't make the bed, change the towels, nothing. But who are you going to tell, since there's no staff there when it happens? When I checked out, the person who took my key did call a cab for me. That was the only service I got during my stay. I love Perugia. I can't wait to go back there. But when I do, there's no way I'll stay at this hotel.

Não tem nada de boutique, está mais pra casa da mãe Joana. Ar condicionado não funciona, lixo pelo quarto todo, triliche, banheiro minúsculo, ralo entupido, apenas 1 pobre funcionaria pra dar conta da limpeza toda. Sobrelençol? 3 euros. Toalha? 3 euros. E assim vai, não disponibiliza nem o básico pelo preço da estadia. Péssimo. 12 pessoas em um quarto bem pequeno, incluindo pessoas com mais bagagem que o armário disponibilizado não havendo espaço para transitar.

Perfekt läge men kunde städats lite oftare.

Jag tyckte väldigt mycket om min vistelse. Läget är fantastiskt. Det tar någon minut att gå till centrum. Det är lite vad man betalar för. Behöver man bara någonstans att sova så är det perfekt. Dock hade de behövt städa lite mer för när det är ett rum med 12 bäddar så blir det smutsigt fort och jag upplevde inte att de städade och bytte ut handduken varje dag. Något som var lite störigt är att man aldrig visste när det var bemannat. Jag skulle betala lite dricka senare men varje gång jag försökte göra det så var ingen där. De gick lite som de ville kändes det som. De kanske drar det på mitt kort i efterhand för de fick aldrig betalt för min läsk och min öl pga det. Säkerheten är väl inte super heller. Dörrarna var öppna konstant. Ytterdörren och även till själva rummet trots att man hade nyckel så stängde inte folk dörren och ingen kontrollerade det heller. Trots detta är mitt totala intryck mycket bra.

Struttura situata nel centro storico, molto comoda da raggiungere con la minimetrò, lasciando anche la macchina gratuitamente fuori Perugia. Camera accogliente, pulita e nuovissima, con volta a crociera a vista. Stavano svolgendo dei lavori di miglioramento, quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi. Personale molto gentile, ci siamo trovati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

Assente: aria condizionata, parcheggio, kit base bagno (per lo shampoo e asciugamani €3 a testa) possibilità di chiude sia la porta del bagno che della stanza stessa. Stanze estremamente piccole, la doccia è schermata solo da una piccola tendina quindi il bagno di allaga facilmente. Parcheggio vicino non della struttura solo a pagamento (€2,20 l'ora)

ペルージャ駅からは距離があるけど、ミニメトロがあるのでホステルまでの移動は大変ではないです。フロントのクローズ時間に到着してしまったが、ちょうどスタッフとすれ違ったので鍵だけ受け取り。 外観は年季が入ってそうですが、部屋とベッドはとても綺麗です。また、私の部屋はベッドとロッカーがセットだったのでいちいち取りに行く必要はありませんでした。(部屋自体は狭かったのであまり変わらないですが) 自販機などはありませんが、共用スペースやキッチンはあります。寝るだけならば申し分ない場所だと思います。
