The holiday home "Palazzetto Bovini" is located in Perugia and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 4-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 10 bedrooms (located on the first and second floor) and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 20 people. 3 of the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, while 2 have a bathtub. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. On top of that, a table tennis table and a pool table are also provided for your enjoyment. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area featuring a fenced pool (recently renovated, open from June to September 15), a garden, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower.
The property is located 10 km from the city centre, 25 km from Assisi and 30 km from Gubbio. Furthermore, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies are only a short drive away.
