This oversized 1-bedroom apartment features a queen bed, a bathroom with a spa bath and over bath shower, a fully equipped kitchen (bar fridge, stove, microwave oven dishwasher), washer, dryer, free Wi-Fi Smart TV and lift access. Perfect for business or leisure with a central location near RAC Arena Kings Park, and Elizabeth Quay. Please note there is no parking available.  
  
Guests will receive detailed instructions via their booking platform inbox or email prior to arrival, guiding them through the self-check-in process facilitated by a lockbox. This system allows guests to independently access the property upon arrival.
