You will enjoy being in the kitchen with its ocean views and ceiling-high windows that allow the sunlight to flood into this property. Fully functional kitchen with oven, 4 burner stovetop with rangehood, 2 dishwashers, microwave, 2 sinks, fridge, freezer, a drip coffee machine, and recipe books you’re welcome to peruse. This room leads onto the undercover lower outside area via sliding doors with a BBQ, dining table, and seating for 6. On the upper level is the lounge room with 2 bright lounges, TV, Netflix, floor rug, coffee tables with lamps, gas heater, and a separate small dining area for 2\. Puzzles and toys are included enjoying. Leading off this upper lounge area is a separate outside balcony with small tables and chairs for optimum ocean and sunset views. Wake up to views of the Indian ocean whilst in bed in the Master bedroom. Located on the second level, it has a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a windowsill lounge where you can look out at the ocean whilst relaxing in your bedroom. Also split system aircon, TV and tallboy in this room. The ensuite has a bath, a separate shower, a single vanity sink and a toilet. The second bedroom on the lower level has a Queen bed, desk with chair, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and looks out onto the courtyard.
