I gave three days notice of cancellation. My account nevertheless was debited then refunded (12/01/20). On the 14/01/20 My account was debited again. Full refund was refused. I spoke with staff several times and each time was contradictory to last I spoke with. Last correspondence I had stated Expedia is responsible for cancellation/refund. Expedia said it was upto Hotel to issue the refund. I spent my last days on holiday trying to sort this out. I am extremely unhappy with the management of this Hotel. I was taken advantage of. DONT BOOK HERE!
