Bathroom, shower wall had hair on the tiles, Wife was stuck in the lift for 20 minutes spoke with a Manager next morning and didnt want to except any issues raised as the property is leased.

The elevator stopped working and was stuck in it for 30 minutes. Was not told they are not working until after. Bathroom had mould on the vent. Had to carry own luggage up all the stairs. Overall not impressed at all.

Understand that our elevator out of our control was stop working on the night that you were staying with us however I believe you did not trapped on the elevator. We have note that someone else that was trapped inside. In addition, our team has contacted the elevator maintenance, and they came and fix it within 20 minutes. Thank you for bringing the van to our attention. This has been action by our housekeeping team. After all, we have discussed and fix this issue in person with the management team. This property was awesome with one major flaw which is parking. I was forced to street park, meaning I had to go back and forth to a parking meter and still ended up with a parking fine. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were pleasant, professional and accommodating. No additional charges for guest laundry. Room was cleaned and freshened daily. Rooms are deceptively small. Executive Studio here is about half the size of a double elsewhere. Demand of rooms at this location made upgrades impossible. Choose a larger apartment in order to capture the experience of living space commensurate with typical expectations.

Internally, thieve apartments are great with all amenities you need for a couple of nights stay. Room was comfortable, kitchenette well equipped. Good shower. No parking on site (even off-loading luggage was difficult). Area around the apartments is a bit run down, but the location is great for access to the Rottnest ferry, Museums, bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

A great location but that’s where the positives stop. Curtains are shredded and rotten and they acknowledge this with a note. I would do something before the curtains got to this stage. Carpet is old and missing threads. We had to ask for fresh towels and when they didn’t arrive after three hours I went to reception and asked if the rooms were serviced at all and she apologised and said that they should be and I asked for fresh towels again. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The Quest Fremantle is in a great location. Close to the beach, shopping, the markets and lots of great dining options. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. The in from laundry was a pleasant surprise. The only downside is having to pay for off site parking.

This is an overall good hotel in a great location in Freo. I’ve stayed before and had no major complaints but this time I got a suite room that had a couple of issues: - the curtain wouldn’t close properly — there was a note saying they’re “working on it” - both (2) aircon units had issues — the one in the main room made a lot of noise and the one in the bedroom sounded like a water feature throughout the night - the TV in the bedroom was mounted on what seemed like a 45 degree angle for some reason - the bathroom smelled of sewer — some issues with the drain possibly

Dear Karl,We do apologise for not exceeding you expectations on this stay, we do have a very high occupancy and juggling with getting the Maintenance completed prior to our daily arrivals, The AC units are connected to central pipes due to the design of the Heritage listed building, we cannot do too much regarding the water noise. We are discussing these issues with the building owners to find a solution. The curtains are certainly in need of replacments in some apartments, unfortunatley we are awaiting supplies from the eastern sea board. Property was in a great location! Reasonable pricing with friendly staff! Room was clean and comfortable with balcony for fresh air. Only criticism is a small detail of only being given 1 card for room entry and room power. This meant we couldn't have the aircon running while out and about and when i left while my partner stayed in the room, i required the key for elevator access leaving her without power.
