We strive to offer our guests privacy while remaining readily available for any questions or concerns. Note that for issues like being locked out or losing your keys, fees apply: $300 for lost keys/fobs, $100 for lockouts from 8AM to 8PM, and $200 for lockouts from 8PM to 8AM.

We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.

However, as we are located in Australia, occasional encounters with insects such as ants, flies, or mosquitoes may occur, particularly if food is left out or doors/windows are left open. This is a natural part of the environment and does not constitute grounds for refunds or negative reviews. We provide insect deterrents where necessary, and guests are encouraged to take reasonable precautions.

Our home is set in a beautiful natural waterfront environment. From time to time you may see local wildlife — and occasionally insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm.

For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner. For stays extending beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.
