The washing machine sounds like it’s going to smash through the wall. The owner provided cereal, which are boxes that have already been opened. They rent the house out as well as the granny flat. If both property were being rented, you are sharing the back yard. It has no windows, only one sliding door. If there was a fire you wouldn’t be able to escape. The unit is located at the back of the property so you don't hear road noise. It feels very secure and there is a space to park off the street. The bed is very comfortable and with nice sheets. Nice shower. The DVD player wasn't set up properly but we were able to fix that after changing the cables. It is fine now. Thank you for providing kitchen essentials and a washing machine.
