Please see below for a breakdown as to what this apartment offers: \- This apartment is located in a secure complex with controlled gates, CCTV, on site laundry facilities with beautiful green gardens. \- Older style complex built in 1969 but well maintained comprising of 106 units. \- Located on the second floor of the complex (top floor) so you will be required to walk up 3 flights of stairs from ground floor to second floor). \- Private entrance with security door and front door. \- Open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. \- Modern kitchen with up to date appliances including kettles, toaster, electric cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher.
