With three living areas, as well as three different outdoor entertainment areas, there is plenty of space for everyone. Please note this area is separated from the main floor so does not have its own toilet/bathroom and requires external access to get into the main residence. With this exceptional layout the home can easily cater for 3 families, each with ample space. The property has a 2-car garage and space for up to 3 extra cars on the driveway, plus street parking. Local Environment Notice Our home sits in a stunning waterfront location surrounded by nature. From time to time, you may see a few local visitors like a possum, bandicoot or kangaroo if you are lucky and although harmless should be left alone. We may also ocassionally share the environment with ants, flies, or mosquitoes - especially when doors or windows are open. The property is professionally treated, but weather changes can bring a little extra activity. To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.
