Superbe vue sur la rivière de la chambre et trés belle piscine.L’hôtel commence à vieillir notamment au niveau des salles de bains. Mais l'emplacement est top. Attention trés peu de places de parking donc si vous voulez vraiment stationner à l’hôtel cela peut être compliqué. Par contre il y a des parkings autour. Un bon choix et un bon rapport qualité prix

Very pleasant. They have free laundry facilities which was so nice as we are traveling for an extended time. Great after a day at the beach. We also borrowed their bikes to ride to King’s Gardens the morning we checked out (you can reserve for two hours). They gave us an extended check out until 1pm as IHG members. We also had a very nice lunch at the on-site restaurant.

Convenient and pleasant location in the city. Property is definitely in need of refurbishment. Room facilities were clean but tired. Shower bath is high step in not suited to elderly with mobilityissues. Room may have been smoke free with balcony door closed. On balcony , cigarette smoking smell was offputting. Overnight parking was limited so parked in nearby Fortescue Centre. Reception staff gave poor advice on payment process and ended up costing me $50. I would not stay here again and would rate it as 3 star at best.

It was very easy to check in but was not happy to find out upon arrival from staff that the pool was closed for maintenance 2 days. I chose this hotel because of the 10pm pool use. I will not return as i feel ripped off. I would also suggest getting a structural engineer to inspect the glass balustrade surrounding the pool deck. The base fixings (direct to masonry) are not compliant with current australian standards, nor are the pane clips, or the glass panes themselves (just an FYI from someone in the profession)

We really enjoyed our stay one of the things when booking was I booked a premier room didn’t say the wasn’t a lift. Our room was on first floor so the receptionist kindly changed our room. The thing with that was there was a door leading into restaurant right next to our room and every time some one went through the door it banged. We reported it but still kept banging which. was so annoying. They did offer to change rooms again but I’ve not log had a hip replacement and didn’t want to keep moving. And also the swimming pool was closed for one and a half days the whole point of going to this hotel was the pool as it is good exercise for my hip . On the plus side the staff were lovely couldn’t do enough for you and the food was lovely to when the pool was open it was Beautiful not to big and was all the same depth which was about 4ft would I stay there again the answer is yes .

I was disappointed with my stay. It took over an hour to connect to wifi when checked in, the Tv had no signal & the room was not cool, I was sweating within minutes of being g in the room. All the above was addressed and staff were extremely lovely and helpful, but it was frustrating this occurred. That evening I then ordered room service from the limited late night menu. It was ordered at 9:48 and did not arrive until 10:32 ( ham & cheese toastie with chips, so a very simple menu item). The sandwich was stone cold and chips just warm on arrival. It was not edible & such variants in temperature can cause salmonella. I called reception to advise I would not eat it & request it be removed from the bill, which they agreed to. I was offered complimentary breakfast for the cold meal, which was a nice gesture, but did not help my hungry 8yo on the evening we ordered room service after returning from the cricket. I unfortunately would not stay at this hotel again, not recommend it.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and big in size with old school 90s decor and the pool is fantastic! There was a big rave happening across the road in the park on the first night when we got there 01/01- and it didn't finish until 11pm, not impressed we paid full price for the night but I believe they did their best to accommodate everyone away from the loudest side of hotel. They advertise happy hour but turns out it is only inclusive of a couple of drinks one being a mid-strength beer. The breakfast buffet is average. We had dinner there one evening, they wanted us to pay the bill before our mains so they could close the till- i told them when my husband comes back to table from bathroom he will sort out the bill so then they waited outside the bathroom door for my husband!- that was poor form but the meal/food was fabulous.

Get a river view room. It’s the best feature of the hotel. Room - average Dining - food good, wait staff struggled to get order night Staff - restrained on chicken, good on church out negative - My credit card was charged even though I was paying cash. Overall the hotel is showing it’s age. Hotel will be cashless in 2024. Positive - sit on your balcony and inhale the view. It’s doesn’t get better in Perth.

Our aecond time staying here. The stay was excellent and most staff were amazing. There was one hiccup with the lady behind the bar initially who didnt know much english and couldn't make the standard drinks requested. Parking was good if you can snag a spot. Overall a good stay and would stay again. Fantastic location particularly when attending an event at Langley Park
