This cosy inner city lodge 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom self-contained home is perfect for families, friends or business travelers visiting Perth. It is also suitable for people having medical treatment in Perth.   
  
Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the Perth CBD, this home has a modern fully equipped kitchen, big garden, and an alfresco setting.  
  
PS :Our strict policy NO PARTY allowed !. (Police & Owner will be notified by neighbors). The Property is hired for private accommodation only. It is not to be used for parties, receptions or commercial use.

Michael was a responsive host and obliging. No top sheet on the beds, only doona & bottom sheet. We requested top sheets which he quickly provided. The property is very tired and is in desperate need of some TLC. Location is good.

The house was clean, the beds were comfy, the aircon worked. The house seems to be very close to the airport and had low flying planes coming in to land very close to the house.The house is old, kitchen basic, bathroom basic. Nothing really wrong, just wasn’t able to sleep much because of the planes coming in to land/taking off every few minutes.

It was very comfortable and clean. The room was a good size not too small and parking right outside the door made arrival and departure very easy. The shower had great water pressure, there was a suitcase ledge big enough for two medium sized suitcases and plenty of space and room throughout. Staff were helpful and the Indian Restaurant next to the motel was fantastic - can't recommend either the motel or the restaurant enough.

We liked the closeness to shops, dining etc and that the host provided extra sheets. Beds were comfortable. . We didnt like that the yards were unkept, the house (apart from the lounge) looked as though it had never been updated, quilt covers looked as though they hadnt been changed for a while and the place needed a good scrub.

The house was perfect for our holiday everything we needed was in the house. While we were there we had a heat wave of 42deg and the air-conditioning was awesome keeping us cool and able to sleep comfortably. Thank you.

We had an enjoyable, relaxing time. Close to the airport and the Belmont Forum. Also easy access down to Fremantle. The only drawback was there were just enough items for a family of six. There were no hooks in the bathroom and no spare towels or teatowels. Regards, Peter & family
