This townhouse is located in a complex of 3 (three), this property is located to the rear of the complex so you will have privacy and is very quiet, you will have the entire property (standalone townhouse) for your use, please see below for what the property contains: STAIRS \- Townhouse with stairs inside to take you from ground floor to first floor GROUND FLOOR \- On the ground floor you will find the front entrance, TV area, dining, study desk for the working traveller, kitchen, laundry & separate toilet. \- NEW KITCHEN (kitchen has been updated - new photos to follow!) electric cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher! \- Paved courtyard with gates on either side so you can let the kids explore and play while you relax and enjoy your stay! To limit power, it is best to not overload the electric switchboard with the appliances and you will be required to turn over a couple of switches in the switchboard.
