The space
Your home away from home is located on the second floor, serviced by elevators and is a bright and spacious one bedroom apartment comprising of; Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a small private balcony, separate bedroom with one king size bed, off the bedroom you will find mirrored robes that lead through to a full bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, and a private balcony for morning coffee or afternoon drinks

Bedroom - brand new super luxe king bed, bedside lamps, mirrored wardrobe, TV and block out curtains in Bedroom

En-suite - comprising of shower (only) over bath tub , WC, vanity with mirror, hairdryer, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board - toiletries & toilet paper are supplied to get you started with your stay, they are not intended to last the full duration.

Lounge / dining - two seater sofa + armchair to relax and watch your favorite flics (SMART 55" TV) just bring your own password for your streaming account as WIFI available free in apt. Large desk/dedicated work space. Lounge area is open plan and leads in to the dining and kitchen area

Kitchen - Fully equipped with Nespresso machine, fridge, dishwasher, electric Hob and electric under bench oven, we supply coffee pods, tea and sugar to get you started with your stay but may not last for the full duration.

Aircon - the open plan lounge is serviced by a reverse cycle cooling and heating air conditioner

Guest access
Check in time is 3pm on the day of your arrival, check out time is 10am on your day of departure

Easy self check in via lock box located on site, all details on how to collect your key card will be sent to you prior to arrival. Check in guide will include step by step instructions along with images to ensure a smooth check in and most importantly, an enjoyable stay - written parking directions to our private undercover communal parking space for a standard vehicle will be available in the lockbox with your key cards

Our guests have full access to the apartment. Free access to communal swimming pool, tennis court and gym

Bus stop right outside or try out the e-scooters! We are walking distance to Perth Convention, Woodside, Rio Tinto and BHP, Mount Hospital close by as well as Elizabeth Quay, Kings Park & Jacobs Ladder
