Start with the positives - the bedroom roomy and the bed oversized king and very comfortable. Windows closed the room was very quiet. The parking very secure needed card to get in and out. The pool was heated large and hot tub very nice. There is an IGA 5 minutes walk up the street and allow you to bring the trolley back to the hotel. Numerous cafes and restaurants all excellent quality we ate at them all - Chinese, italian, and subway. We had view of the river. The hostess - a Swedish lady was very welcoming and accommodating as were most of the service people and front desk. The negatives - the resort has a habit of booking sports teams of all ages - we got stuck with 10-12 year olds three vans for a week which closes off the pool essentially for everyone else. Each week it was a different group - most loud and some unbearably rude. There is a steady stream of traffic and trains along a major highway just in front of the resort. What irked me most of all - we had stayed there 6 weeks. The day we left our flight was late afternoon and we requested from Luke a 1/2 hour extension to leave - so 10:30 instead of 10. They had a full house coming in that day, no doubt teams that virtually took over the resort. You would think that a quiet elderly couple who had stayed for 6 weeks would take priority over a group coming iin for 2 days. I pleaded - but no exception - I said it was going in my review - he responded - go ahead. The only hotel to ever refuse. Shame on you.

On our first stay a week before for about 4-5 days. The stay was wonderful. Better then we expected. The check out was amazing when I met a young lady who was so cheerful and gave out such positivity, that I felt the rest of the day driving down to Margaret River. On our second stay, the fault came when we were checking out and a young guy with a samurai pony tail wannabe hipster gave me a look that said, “you don’t belong here”. I don’t know you and that look you gave me was reprehensible. You may not have meant it or you may not be that person but boy it sure came across at such when I returned my keys. It’s such a waste that all that effort and good impressions was blown by a guy who was the last contact of our almost wonderful stay.

Great value, good size apartment, perfect for families. Makes it affordable with a kitchenette as we can self cater, and the kids loved the heated pool. Bonus points for the king size bed and tv in the main bedroom. We will be back!

Apartment was clean. Comfy beds. Very centrally located to Perth and Airport. There is a bus stop located close to the resort and parking is eady. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby, convenient if you want to cook.

Family friendly place to stay. Nice big rooms with everything that you need. Restaurants and a IGA within walking distance. Plenty of free parking is another bonus as most hotels don't seem to offer that anymore. Nice relaxing pool area.

Great amenities - heated pool, spa & a sauna. Walking distance to food places. Terrific views from the balcony. So glad for the double glazed windows & doors! It was a pity the restaurant wasn't open while we were there.

A wonderful apartment with what was needed. A dishwasher, washing machine, stove, big fridge, and I used all of those. Home away from home. There was also a desk for the laptop. Wifi worked well. 90 metres to Bus 32, which takes you into the city. The nice swimming pool looked inviting, except the weather was not inviting.

The location of the resort was very pleasing, it was easy access to the highways making travel easy. The facilities within the resort were great, a highlight for our kids was the pool and spa.

We really enjoyed the Pool/Spa/Sauna. Having a washing machine and dryer was excellent. The bathrooms look like they were newly renovated. Very clean and well presented unit. Plenty of parking.

Area outside the rooms & steps were quite dirty. Stayed 4 nights & never got cleaned. Front desk staff were quite friendly. We complained about a suspicious person knocking on my door & entering the property when we opened the gate after hours with our cards. A few other quests did as well but no feedback or reassurance given. Also one evening had a strange visit from “security” saying my sister was waiting for me at the gate. He didn’t have any name of the person. Asked him to go & get the name but never came back. Management was supposed to check the security camera but again no feedback. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Hi Prem, Firstly, apologies for the lack of follow up. We had a number of complaints relating to this same issue and I reached out to all those affected that were handed over to me but unfortunately it seems your complaint did not reach me. This person in question was invited back to to the resort by another guest who breached our strict 'no party' policy. He knocked on a number of guest's doors while trying to find his friends. While more a nuisance than a malicious intruder, he frightened a number of guests and I sincerely apologise for this disturbance. Regarding housekeeping, if you are staying more than 5 nights we provide a light service on the 4th day. If you are staying longer than a week, we provide a full service on the 7th day. Fresh towels and other consumables are available throughout your stay from reception. This schedule is in line with other apartment hotels and allows us to keep our prices competitive. Kind regards,

There was alot of noise and cursing and foul play while we were there it was over a party weekend, but with kids there it has to be some order or control to the choas we heard and saw. Pool hours weren't being respected.
