Only complaints was with the very strong smell from the disinfectant spray they used for fogging the room for COVID 19. My wife has allergies to strong perfumed smells. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Staff was great in responding, showed us two other rooms until we found one that was not as strong. Other than that good stay.

On ne peut souhaiter plus propre, tout est en parfait état. Le lit était très confortable, nous y avons très bien dormi. Cela dit, il s'agit d'un hôtel où aller dormir, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire autour. La petite ville de Perth a connu une grand époque et sa rue principale en témoigne, mais aujourd'hui il n'y a pas grand chose d'ouvert après cinq heures. Cela dit, si vous devez aller à Perth, c'est très certainement une excellente adresse.

Hôtel beaucoup TROP CHER pour ce qu'il est.
Nous avons loué une chambre étant donné que nous avions un mariage à Perth. Très étonné de payer 200 $ la nuit pour dormir dans un Best Western. La chambre était propre - mais encore là, ça ne vaut pas 200$ la nuit. De plus, le déjeuner n'était pas inclus (quand nous avons réservé, c'était bien indiqué que le déjeuner était inclus) Donc en bout de ligne, nous payons 200 $ pour une chambre d'hôtel propre oui, mais très ordinaire et EN PLUS, nous devons payer le déjeuner. Du jamais vu. Payer 200$ pour un hôtel luxueux - aucun problème. Payer 200$ pour un hôtel Best Western - sans déjeuner...Très ordinaire. Première et dernière fois pour nous.

Nous étions avec des amis et de leur famille pour un événement. L'hôtel est très bien, il y a un beau sentier pour marcher près de la rivière et plusieurs petits pubs à distance de marche. La ville est petite et très tranquille.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Spacious, beautiful, thoughtful design. Luxurious decor in lobby, hallways and restaurant. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious with thoughtful touches. There was live entertainment in the restaurant in the evening which added to the already lovely ambiance. It felt rich but not pretentious. The wait staff were lovely as well. Breakfast was perfect! Loved that it was table service, selections were great and had a lovely view of the river. We would love to come back in the summer when all the patios are open!

It’s a nice hotel for Perth. Great location and it’s nice to have parking available. We had an issue with our room and had to switch at a very inconvenient time. When we addressed this with the front desk the gentleman at the desk, Brian, was very apologetic and understanding of our frustration. We appreciate his help and willingness to make our stay enjoyable.

A Step Above
Definitely a step above the usual hotel experience. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, condition of hotel and rooms were perfect, pool area a huge hit with my daughter. Made to order breakfast included, didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant for dinner but menu looks amazing. Will be back for sure and would highly recommend for relaxing get away.

We had a wonderful weekend! The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the town of Perth was lovely to walk through - shops, restaurants, and a big park. Our room was quiet and spacious; and we took full advantage of the hotel's pool, hot tub and steam room. If you're looking for a stop to rest and recharge, we highly recommend!
