Nestled just a short 250m stroll to the clear blue waters and white sandy beaches of Port Kennedy sits this inviting holiday home.  
Designed for family living, you’ll have all the essentials on hand, along with plenty of added extras to ensure complete comfort during the entirety of your stay. The home has been renovated to a high standard, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within the property itself, along with a spacious kitchen & dining area a separate lounge and equipped laundry.  
The space  
Outside, you have parking for 2 vehicles, and a backyard paradise with outdoor entertaining and a fully fenced sparkling below ground mineral pool, with another area set for complete relaxation, and its own fully equipped bathroom, meaning you never have to leave!  
  
Bedroom 1:  
Generously sized with a queen bed, cooling ceiling fan, built-in storage and a modern ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, glass shower enclosure and a WC.  
  
Bedroom 2:  
Bunk Beds perfect for the children, with built-in storage.  
  
Bedroom 3:  
Queen bed with built-in storage.  
  
Bedroom 4:  
Queen bed with built-in storage.  
  
Main Bathroom:  
Full equipped with a glass shower enclosure, bath and vanity, with a separate WC within the laundry.

Living options:  
Open plan family room with a reverse cycle air conditioning unit and plenty of space for complete relaxation with multiple sofas, a coffee table, TV and even an arcade machine, with a separate dining space off the contemporary kitchen.  
  
Gardens:  
Covered alfresco area off the central living for easy indoor-to-outdoor entertaining and to make full use of the gardens on offer. Plus a fully fenced rear garden with an enormous sparkling mineral pool and a paved surround that leads to your own pool house, with another sheltered area to escape the sun or enjoy an afternoon beverage, and a third bathroom, fully tiled to allow use straight from the pool, with a walk-in shower, vanity and WC.  
Other things to note  
Located centrally with a range of parkland to explore nearby, along with the local shopping precinct with its handy IGA, or of course all the delights of Rockingham or Mandurah both within easy reach and overflowing with dining, recreation, and entertainment options.  
The local Warnbro train station will have you in the Perth CBD in under 40 minutes and for those seeking a laid-back and restful time, the sensational coastline and beaches are a short stroll away, and if golf is your game, the  
Links Kennedy Bay Golf Course is just a little further.  
NB: For security there is an external doorbell camera covering the main entry only to be turned off at the guest's request.
