Discover your home away from home in this well presented 2-bedroom apartment. The upstairs bedroom offers a flexible king bed (to 2 x singles on request) configuration, while the downstairs bedroom features a queen bed, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together. Both levels have their own bathroom facilities for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, and the coffee machine is a morning must-have. The cozy lounge area is equipped with a Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy the views of the peaceful open lawn. We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

Take a short walk over the bridge to reach the Mandurah Foreshore, where a plethora of cafes and restaurants await, along with stunning estuary views. For your shopping needs, there's a convenient shopping center next door to the complex, complete with a supermarket, liquor shop, bakery, and pub. And don't forget about the fantastic amenities right within the complex, including a refreshing pool and communal BBQ area. Plus, you'll have the peace of mind of an allocated secure car space, making this the perfect choice for your Mandurah getaway.  
  
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to complete a pre check-in to verify your identity. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

\- Check-out by your agreed time
