I was treated very rudely by a girl at the reception. The hotel is very good, and so is the management, but the girl at the desk was arrogant. But it's okay, I won't be going back anymore and anyone who asks me about the hotel, I will tell about the poor service at the reception.

Staff are nice. 4 minutes walk to free CAT bus which is very economical. Breakfast is limited, same stuff everyday. We have been stayed at different Ibis at different countries and this Ibis had the least selection of food. Improvement definitely needed.

I recently stayed at ibis Styles and was disappointed with my experience. The lack of bottled water in the rooms was inconvenient and unexpected. The amenity packs in the bathrooms were also lacking, which further diminished the overall experience. Overall, I found the service and amenities below standard.

Understaffed reception all the time. Have to wait a long time. No decaf coffee in room (again, even after reminder from last time). Buffet breakfast choice limited. Less choice than last visit. Coffee machine not working reliably. Early alarm request did not occur (same as last visit). Given this hotel 2 goes. Won't choose it next time in Perth.

This hotel is walking distance to a very clean laundry store, bus stop (free bus to CBD), 24/7 convenient store that has everything you need and several coffee places that open as early as 6am. The beds in this hotel was so comfortable, we slept so well every night. Overall it is a nice and clean hotel.

My main complaint was the fridge situation. The fridge temp. Was not cold enough for me to keep my products at an acceptable eating temp. The outside of the frigde, with the cupboard door closed was warm and the small shelf was also warm that I was required to leave the cupboard open the entire time
